Teamwork is working together of individuals to achieve a certain goal. Teamwork is the fundamental requirement for an organization to operate. In addition, each company has a variety of teams to perform unique tasks.
Nothing is possible without teamwork. In fact, if there is organization that lacks coordination. Then it will hamper its success rate. As a result the organization will fall. It would also impact the environment wherein people work.
